Should I consult anyone before purchasing a Clement Clarke product?
You should always make sure that the product you are purchasing is suitable for you by consulting a healthcare professional

When I received my product, it was damaged or did not work. What should I do?Occasionally goods are damaged in transit; if this is the case and you purchased the product directly from Clement Clarke please 
contact us and we will arrange a repair. If you purchased from a retail outlet or pharmacy you need to contact them.

I would like a demonstration of a product, how do I arrange one?
If you are part of an organisation in the UK and would like a demonstration of one of our products please 
contact us to arrange one with one of our UK sales people.

Can I order a product and have it delivered to an alternative address?
This is possible but you must order over the phone using a credit or debit card and you would be unable to claim VAT exemption (VAT will be charged).

Can I order over the phone?
Customers can order over the phone but VAT will then be charged. In order to qualify for VAT exemption a member of the general public can only order using our Order Form or from our E-Shop.

How can I pay for products?
General Public: We accept all major debit and credit cards on our Order Form and on our E-Shop, we also accept cheques and postal orders when accompanied by our Order Form. We do not accept cash under any circumstances.

Peak Flow Meter Questions

My Peak Flow Meter is broken, how do I get a replacement?
You need to return the Peak Flow Meter to the pharmacy where you submitted your prescription

What should my Peak Flow reading be?
Your GP should inform you of what your reading should be. You can also calculate your normal values by clicking 
here or you can download the normal values chart by clicking  here

How often should I change my Peak Flow Meter?
Clement Clarke recommends that you change your Meter every 3 years.

GP/Nursing Questions

How often should a Peak Flow Meter/In-Check be cleaned if it is being used as a multi-patient device?
Depending on which mouthpieces you are using your Peak Flow or In-Check should be cleaned regularly. If you are using Disposable One-Way Valve Mouthpieces or Disposable Bacterial Filters you should clean the devices on a weekly basis. If you are using Disposable Two Way Mouthpieces or Universal Sterilisable Mouthpieces the devices should be cleaned after every use

How often should I clean my Spirometer?
Depending on which mouthpieces you are using your Spirometer should be cleaned regularly. If you are using Disposable One-Way Valve Mouthpieces or Disposable Bacterial Filters you should clean the devices on a weekly basis. If you are using Disposable Two Way Mouthpieces or Universal Sterilisable Mouthpieces the devices should be cleaned after every use

My Spirometer needs calibrating, how do I do this?
You can send the Spirometer to us or a Calibration kit can be ordered, please

Nebuliser Questions

Where can I purchase Nebuliser consumables from? Can I order Nebuliser consumables (Filters, masks etc) in single quantities?
You can order Nebuliser consumables from Clement Clarke or your local pharmacy or chemist. We do not sell nebuliser consumables in packs of one. We produce a Year Pack, which gives the average user enough consumables for a year. Some pharmacists do sell items such as filters and masks in single quantities.

How often should I clean my Nebuliser consumables?
You should clean your nebuliser and consumables after every use

How often should I change my Nebuliser consumables?
Clement Clarke recommends you change your Nebuliser consumables every 3-4 months. Although, outlet filters and mouthpieces only need to be changed annually

Which Year Pack do I need?
All our Year Packs are available in adult and child versions, the standard Year Packs covers all of our models EXCEPT the Actineb, there is an Actineb Year Pack available.

My Medix Nebuliser is under warranty and it is broken, how do I get it repaired?
If you bought your nebuliser directly from Clement Clarke International (Using one of our Order Forms, our E-Shop or over the phone), you need to send it back to us, please click
