Returns

If the Product was damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a Clement Clarke International package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the Product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Please contact our Customer Services to arrange an exchange.

If the Product is defective

You have the right to return a faulty Product within 30 days of your becoming aware that the Product is defective. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your Product as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty Product please contact the Customer Services to arrange to return the Product.

If we sent you a Product you did not order (an "Incorrect Product")

As soon as you find out we've sent you an Incorrect Product, contact the Customer Services to arrange to return the Incorrect Product. We will ensure you are refunded for the Incorrect Product.

Note: in the event of Clement Clarke International sending you a replacement for a damage or, defective Product or an Incorrect Product, you must return the original Product to Clement Clarke International within 30 days. Clement Clarke International reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement to the payment card used for the original order if the Product is not returned within 30 days of the date on which Clement Clarke International confirms we will issue a replacement.

Refunds

When you send your Product back to us, we'll process the returned Product then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within two weeks of our receiving your return.  Please contact the Customer Services to arrange to return the Product.

Products returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning a Product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the Product to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. We will also refund the cost of other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.
